Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), this mid-level role plays a critical part in supporting the company's corporate legal operations. The ideal candidate brings 5 or more years of in-house or law firm experience with a strong focus on corporate legal matters and contract management, and thrives in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage a broad range of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and licensing agreements. Maintain and organize the company's contract lifecycle management system, tracking key dates, renewals, and obligations. Support the CLO in corporate governance matters, including maintaining entity records, preparing board and committee meeting materials, and filing corporate documents. Coordinate with internal business partners (e.g., Finance, Technology, HR, Affiliates ) to facilitate timely contract review and execution. Conduct legal research and summarize findings on corporate, and regulatory topics as needed. Assist in matters concerning regulatory compliance. Assist with due diligence processes as needed. Monitor and maintain legal department records, templates, and filing systems. Manage outside counsel relationships and coordinate on specific matters as directed by the CLO. Identify opportunities to improve legal department processes and workflows. Qualifications Required 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within an in-house legal department or corporate law firm practice. Paralegal certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated experience understanding various corporate contracts. Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Experience supporting a CLO or General Counsel directly. Familiarity with corporate governance practices.

Up to $75,000.00 per year
