Job Description

A fast-paced law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a high-volume practice. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support to multiple attorneys in a fast-moving legal environment Draft, prepare, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and filings Create, organize, and maintain case files and legal documentation Manage attorney calendars, court dates, deadlines, and scheduling requirements Handle e-filings with local, state, and/or federal courts Track and manage case deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and internal timelines Coordinate document production, revisions, and version control Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external parties as needed Qualifications Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firm environment Demonstrated experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously Strong document drafting and legal document preparation skills Proven ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and high workloads Experience with electronic court filings Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working 100% onsite Preferred Experience in a deadline-driven or high-volume practice Familiarity with legal document management or case management systems Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
