Butler Snow LLP is looking for an experienced Administrative Paralegal to join our team in Nashville, TN.
What you would do:
Draft correspondence including pleadings, discover, motions, orders, and notices. Schedule and maintain case calendars Research complex issues using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis. Investigate legal matters including fact check, witness interviews and summarization File pleadings, motions, and other documents. Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents.What you bring:
