In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal administrative support, assist with case management, and facilitate effective communication between clients and the attorney. Your bilingual skills will be essential in serving diverse communities, ensuring clear understanding and smooth workflow throughout all stages of family law cases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful legal work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to client advocacy and justice. Duties Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence using document management systems such as Clio Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court standards Conduct client interviews in both English and Spanish to gather relevant case information effectively Support litigation processes through document review and court filing Maintain organized schedules for court dates, meetings, and deadlines while providing administrative support as needed Perform data entry tasks related to case management systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Handle phone inquiries professionally with excellent phone etiquette. Skills Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Prior law office or legal assistant experience preferred Family law experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new software and technology Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Join our team to make a difference by supporting families through compassionate legal assistance.
