Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join our boutique legal team in Nashville. This is a unique, low-volume position that allows you to focus deeply on high-quality case management rather than rushing through a massive caseload. While this role is 100% in-office, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible daily hours to accommodate your schedule. salary:
$85,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Manage a select, low-volume portfolio of medical malpractice cases from inception through trial preparation. Request, track, organize, and index comprehensive medical records and billing statements. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and subpoenas for attorney review. Assist in identifying, retaining, and communicating with medical expert witnesses; organize materials for expert review. Assemble trial binders, organize exhibits, and coordinate schedules for depositions, hearings, and trials. File legal documents electronically in both state and federal courts. Skills
