Austin, TX | Hybrid (1-3 days in office) ? Full-Time LHH is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to find an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its Austin office. This is a great opportunity to work closely with litigation partners on complex matters in a collaborative, flexible environment. Why This Role?
Compensation:
$87,000 - $128,000 (DOE)
Bonus:
Discretionary + billable-based incentive
Hybrid Flexibility:
1-3 days in office, remainder remote
Schedule:
Typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility
Billable Requirement:
1,600 hours Strong culture focused on teamwork, flexibility, and employee well-being Cell phone reimbursement provided What You'll Do Support attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation Manage case files, document production, and discovery workflows Prepare for and attend trials, including travel as needed Handle trial preparation, including exhibits, filings, and case organization Utilize Relativity and OnCue for document review and production Coordinate filings, discovery responses, and case strategy execution What You Bring 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience Trial experience is required Strong proficiency with Relativity and OnCue Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities Experience in small to mid-sized firms preferred; AmLaw experience is a plus Willingness to travel for trial preparation and attendance Culture Snapshot Collaborative, communicative, and supportive legal team Forward-thinking environment that values flexibility and autonomy Encourages alignment with team members while maintaining schedule flexibility Trial periods are high-intensity with strong team support (all hands on deck) If you're a litigation paralegal looking for a high-impact role with strong compensation, flexibility, and meaningful trial exposure , LHH would love to connect.
