Position Overview The successful candidate will work directly with clients and handle a variety of probate and business matters. Responsibilities include supporting multiple attorneys, managing probate and business matters, maintaining accurate client files, organizational processes and assisting clients. Must be detailed oriented and pro-active. Qualifications 1-3 years of legal experience Interest in probate, estate planning, and fiduciary matters Experience in probate filings and proceedings Knowledge of business entity formation and preparation of basic corporate documents Strong organizational, writing, communication, and client-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Responsibilities Interact with clients regarding probate and business matters Prepare and manage probate intake, filings, inventory, and proceedings Assist with trust administration, communication with beneficiaries, financial institutions, and asset management Maintain accurate records and organizational logs. Manage deadlines. Schedule appointments as needed. Prepare and file business formations and draft basic corporate documents
