Dallas, TX (Fully In-Office) ? Full-Time LHH is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a senior attorney in a fast-paced, high-demand practice. This is a high-visibility role offering a blend of executive support and substantive transactional legal work , ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Why This Role?
Salary:
$60,000 - $90,000 (DOE) Direct exposure to a senior-level attorney and sophisticated real estate matters Opportunity to support commercial real estate transactions and closings Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong tenure and stability Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and paid parking What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support to a senior commercial real estate attorney with a fast-moving, high-volume practice Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and communications for a busy executive Prepare, format, and revise legal documents, including transactional and closing materials Assist with real estate closings and transactional workflows Serve as a liaison with clients, title companies, and internal teams Coordinate travel arrangements, handle time entry, and support billing processes Maintain organized physical and electronic files and assist with client onboarding Manage incoming calls and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses What You Bring 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm environment Commercial real estate and/or transactional experience required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat, including document formatting and redlining Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Professional, personable, and able to interact confidently with attorneys, clients, and staff Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
Work Environment & Schedule Schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)
