Job Description

Robert Half is working with client that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. This role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills, experience managing case files, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. The Litigation Paralegal will assist with document management, discovery, trial preparation, court filings, and case coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial mattersDraft, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondenceManage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlinesCoordinate and assist with discovery, including document collection, review, production, and organizationPrepare deposition materials, exhibits, witness files, and trial bindersFile legal documents in state and federal courts, including e-filingConduct legal and factual research as neededCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors in a professional mannerSupport attorneys during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsMaintain billing entries and assist with administrative litigation support as needed
