To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-perm opportunity with our client, a Dallas law firm. This position is 100% on-site and will support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Position Overview:
This role will work closely with 3-4 partners and play a key role in managing day-to-day litigation support, with a strong focus on docketing, e-filing, and case organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and enjoys keeping attorneys on track.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain case dockets, including tracking deadlines and filings Handle e-filing in state and federal courts Monitor dockets and ensure timely updates across all cases Prepare hearing binders and assist with deposition preparation Coordinate and manage hearing and trial calendars Draft and manage notices, filings, and related correspondence Schedule interpreters, hearings, and other case-related logistics Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation Maintain attorney calendars and proactively track deadlines and priorities Provide general support to attorneys to ensure smooth case progression
Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Strong experience with e-filing and docket management required Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work on-site full-time and support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
