What You'll Be Doing:
Support attorneys and clients through all phases of corporate and real estate transactions Assist with and help manage M&A deals, loan transactions, and commercial real estate closings Draft corporate agreements, resolutions, partnership documents, and transaction materials Build and manage closing checklists, data rooms, and post-closing documentation Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties Conduct due diligence, lien searches, and UCC filings Prepare and file entity formations and corporate filings across multiple jurisdictions Help drive transactions forward with strong organization, follow-through, and ownership
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience Strong background in M&A, commercial lending, and/or real estate transactions Proven experience supporting complex closings from start to finish Ability to manage multiple deals and attorneys with minimal supervision Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills Professional, polished communication with clients and stakeholders Paralegal certificate required (Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience)
