Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice in Texas. This on-site opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal specialist who thrives in a collaborative setting, values precision, and can confidently manage matters from initial case development through final resolution. The role offers strong long-term potential within a respected organization that encourages growth and consistent, high-quality legal support.
Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys across the full course of litigation matters, from early case assessment through settlement, trial, or closure.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread a range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and formal correspondence.
  • Handle state and federal court submissions, including timely electronic filings that meet procedural and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Maintain case calendars by monitoring deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other key litigation events.
  • Organize case records, exhibits, discovery files, and related documentation to ensure materials remain accurate and accessible.
  • Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery obligations.
  • Assist with trial readiness by assembling exhibits, preparing trial binders, and helping coordinate witnesses and supporting logistics.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, court personnel, outside counsel, and vendors while supporting smooth case progression.
  • Monitor compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and deadline requirements across multiple active matters.
