Our personal injury team is growing, and we're searching for a skilled and passionate Paralegal to help us take on some of the toughest and most rewarding cases in Texas.

What You'll Do:

Be a vital part of our legal team, managing a high-volume docket with precision and excellence. Draft state and federal motions, responses to discovery, pleadings, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure flawless litigation calendar management, keeping us ahead of deadlines, hearings, and appointments. File documents electronically in both state and federal courts, leaving no room for error. Build and maintain organized, airtight case files and trial binders. Serve as a professional, empathetic advocate for our clients, guiding them through every step of their case. Collaborate with a team of driven professionals who share your passion for making a difference.

What We're Looking For:

A paralegal with an associate's degree or higher and/or paralegal certification. Experience with federal and state e-filing, discovery responses, and motion drafting. Mastery of litigation calendars and deadline calculations using state and federal rules. Exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality work product every day. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe. Experience with cloud-based client management software is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Above all, we need someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
