This position will manage the full lifecycle of personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial and post-trial support. The ideal candidate will have strong plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through settlement/closing Handle a high-volume caseload (100+ cases) Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers Order and review medical records and supporting documentation Draft litigation complaints and discovery responses Maintain organized case files and monitor deadlines Assist attorneys throughout the litigation process Qualifications 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience managing high-volume caseloads independently Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Positive, team-oriented work environment CSDAL65
