  • $95,000 /yr Posted Yesterday This is a premier personal injury law firm with more than 35+ years in practice and multiple offices throughout Florida and Texas.
Founded in 1988, the firm has represented tens of thousands of clients and secured hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. Their Garland, TX office is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role supports attorneys handling personal injury pre-litigation and litigation cases, managing matters from intake through trial and post-trial procedures in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position serves as the primary case manager on assigned files and requires strong organizational skills, proactive deadline management, and consistent client communication. This is a fully onsite position and is not remote.
Offer Salary range:
$75,000
  • 95,000+ contingent on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability and life insurance coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Employee referral program Modern office environment with a collaborative and energetic culture Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation and litigation Fluency in English and Spanish required Experience managing a caseload of 100 or more active matters Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office setting High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Responsibilities Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake and opening through settlement and closing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and medical providers Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing communication throughout the lifecycle of each case Order, review, and organize medical records and bills from providers Obtain and track documents necessary to support liability and damages positions Communicate with insurance carriers to determine coverage and policy limits Draft litigation complaints, discovery requests, and discovery responses Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files Track deadlines and proactively support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Benefits Competitive Base Salary:
$130,000
