Shift:

Monday-Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid availability after training complete)

Pay:

$18/ hour Are you a Legal Admin Assistant or Admin Assistant looking to work in the legal field? We're hiring a Legal Admin Assistant to join our client's team. This position is expected to last through September 2026. If you're experienced, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering phones Scanning mail Setting up depositions Working with other staff Checking emails Coordinating vendors Assist with filing lawsuits Training provided

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of administrative experience E-File/Legal experience in personal injury a huge plus Must have intermediate to advanced microsoft experience Why Work With Openwork?
