Job Description

Personal injury law firm seeks paralegal to oversee over 100 auto accident docket. Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • preparing clients for depositions
  • requesting medical records
  • monitoring perfection of service and trial dates
  • drafting petitions, discovery and motions Spanish bilingual a plus.
Starting rate $20.00-33.00 per hour plus discretionary bonus OR negotiable depending on legal experience. Available 4-6 days per week; 30-45 hours a week. Law firm is small and growing and anticipates that responsibilities and pay will increase. Will consider a 3-6 month working interview and assessment with the right candidate. Looking for a self-sufficient hard worker looking to grow with the office. Free parking.
