Thomas Hunter Legal Group, PLLC is seeking a Paralegal / Case Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate is highly experienced, fast-moving, smart, and able to act quickly and independently in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft motions. Assist attorneys in court and with client communications. Supervise administrative staff and manage office operations. Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures. Maintain accurate time and billing records using Clio. Oversee case file management and confidentiality protocols. Coordinate client appointments and office workflow. Manage office supplies and technology equipment.Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility required during hearings, trials, or critical deadlines.Qualifications & Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a paralegal or case manager in a law firm. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment , manage multiple priorities, and make quick, effective decisions. Strong knowledge of Texas Family Law a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Smart, proactive, and highly reliable —able to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently. Proficiency in legal software and office productivity tools.Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $45,000 annually.Paid vacation:
14 days + 9 state holidays.Performance bonuses:
quarterly, end-of-year, and spot bonuses. Health plan stipend after probationary period. CLE and professional development reimbursement (with pre-approval).Equipment provided:
desktop, printer/scanner/copier, Westlaw/Clio access.Job Type:
