We are an entrepreneurial Personal Injury firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients. We want to be known for helping our clients go from setback to comeback with a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need a litigation paralegal who can hit the ground running. This position will be responsible for important work, including:

• Drafting pleadings & motions
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Coordinating and scheduling depositions
• Handling the e-filing of legal documents in compliance with local court rules and State and Federal laws
• Drafting and finalizing settlement statements
• Trial support: Preparing trial binders, organizing exhibits, and coordinating with expert witnesses
• Communicating directly with client base in a professional manner
• Assisting the pre-litigation paralegal with drafting demands when necessary We love to help people learn and grow.

But we don't have the time for that right now. We need a litigation paralegal with experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding by their managing attorney. This is a full-time job where you are expected to be able to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment. This job is in-office for 40 hours per week. During the first 90 days of employment, the pay will be a competitive salary with opportunities for increase after that period.
