Full-Time Position Summary The Personal Injury Paralegal will manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep cases moving efficiently while providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding the status of their case. Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders. Request, organize, and review medical records, billing statements, and supporting documentation. Prepare and assemble demand packages. Monitor medical treatment and follow up with clients regarding appointments and progress. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case-related tasks. Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files. Document all case activity in the firm's case management system. Review settlement documents and assist with settlement disbursement preparation. Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases. Knowledge of Texas personal injury claims and insurance practices preferred. Experience preparing demand packages and negotiating with insurance companies is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
