$70,000•$95,000 Elevate Human Capital (Cloeren Incorporated)•Orange, TX, United States Texas based international company looking for in-house paralegal specializing in US and international contract law to perform substantive legal work independently, and with outside counsel as needed with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Key duties include conducting legal research, analyzing contract terms, maintaining contract management databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Document Drafting & Review:
Draft, revise, and redline commercial contracts, including Master Sales and/or Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor contracts, Letters of Credit, and the like.Contract Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire contract process, including tracking expiration dates, renewals, and obligations.Legal Research:
Conduct research on relevant specific contract laws and regulations.Database Management:
Maintain and update legal document repositories and contract databases.Communication:
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.Compliance:
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Paralegal certificate, Associates or Bachelors degree in paralegal studies, or Juris Doctor.Experience:
Proven experience working with contracts, specifically in a corporate or law firm setting.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, Docusign, and the like, as well as contract management software.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of contract law principles.Skills:
