Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide vital support in managing immigration cases, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help streamline case workflows and enhance client service. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigration law, possesses excellent research and drafting abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment committed to justice and advocacy. Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience Experience handling EOIR and USCIS cases Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Someone who genuinely cares about clients and their success
What You'll Do:
1. Manage immigration case files from start to finish 2. Communicate with clients and provide case update 3. Prepare applications, motions, filings, and exhibit packets 4. Track court hearings, appointments, and filing deadlines 5. Translate and review documents 6. Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases 7. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
