Synthesize information into clear, actionable summaries for legal review. Mentorship and Team Support Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and quality control support to junior paralegals within the RCR function. Minimum of 3+ years of collective experience in RCR, or a closely related practice area required. At least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal environment is required. Prior experience in a leadership role, or demonstrated experience guiding, mentoring, or overseeing the work of junior team members required. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail, including strong proofreading, grammar, and editing skills, with a high degree of factual accuracy. Strong working knowledge of legal terminology, practices, and professional standards. Highly responsive and self-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment with minimal oversight. Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, assess risk, and exercise sound judgment in complex situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate clearly with both legal and business stakeholders.
