Job Description
Waddoups Law Personal Injury Attorneys is a growing law firm in Midvale, Utah, and we are looking for a motivated Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, compassionate with clients, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior personal injury experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Answering phone calls Faxing/Emailing Requests for Medical Records and Bills and other documents' requests, including police reports Logging medical bills and client costs Requesting balances from medical providers Assist with organizing case documents, which includes keeping an electronic case file and a paper file Retrieving the mail and mailing some documents Scanning documents Conversing with clients, adjusters, and medical personnel Preferred Responsibilities Smart Advocate or equivalent experience Spanish speaking .
