Position Summary As a Trademark Paralegal, you will play a central role in managing and advancing domestic and international trademark portfolios. Working closely with attorneys and clients, you will handle a wide range of sophisticated intellectual property matters, ensuring precision, timeliness, and strategic support across all stages of the trademark lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage U.S. and foreign trademark filings, including applications, extensions, Statements of Use, renewals, and recordations Support office action responses before the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign trademark offices Conduct trademark searches and prepare analytical reports and prepare copyright applications and manage related filings Assist with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, UDRP filings, and trademark litigation matters Coordinate with docketing teams to maintain and update trademark deadlines using Foundation IP Draft and manage client and foreign associate correspondence while managing client intakes and counsel transitions Maintain organized electronic and physical files; oversee docket accuracy and deadlines Conduct research, investigations, and due diligence on trademark portfolios, including chain of title reviews This person will also develop deep expertise in trademark docketing systems (Foundation IP) and utilize a variety of tools—including USPTO platforms (TEAS, Trademark Center), WIPO systems, and firm-approved AI solutions—to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
