Position Overview We are seeking a Foreclosure Processor who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, high‑impact legal work. In this role, you will support attorneys across multiple jurisdictions, manage active forclosure cases, and gain hands‑on experience in an area of law that plays a critical role in the mortgage‑servicing and creditor's rights industry. As part of HWM's long‑established and rapidly expanding multi‑state practice, you will gain direct exposure to state courts, creditor‑side procedures, and foreclosure case management. This role provides a strong foundation in legal processes, document drafting, case coordination, and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities Casework & Legal Support Review loan documents. Draft core foreclosure pleadings, including Notices, Letters, Deeds, Motions, Complaints, and Judgments for attorney review. Maintain meticulous case records to ensure compliance with local court procedures, state laws, investor guidelines, and client requirements. Workflow & Document Management Organize, review, and process a high volume of filings and financial documents with exceptional accuracy. Track deadlines and court timelines across several districts; maintain internal calendars to support attorney schedules. Prepare correspondence, case summaries, and updates for clients, court personnel, and internal teams. Communication & Collaboration Act as a point of contact for servicers, trustees, outside counsel, and internal teams. Assist attorneys by gathering case‑relevant information, researching documents, and escalating issues when needed.
