About the Role As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a key role in efficiently managing personal injury case files and facilitating the flow of information between clients, providers, and attorneys. This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment. Key Responsibilities Process case files, ensuring timely and accurate management of personal injury matters Obtain medical bills, records, and other relevant documentation from providers Handle case intake duties, including gathering initial client information and setting up new files Organize, track, and update documentation for each case Maintain communication with clients, providers, and insurers to secure needed information Prepare summaries of bills and records for attorney reviewSupport attorneys with administrative tasks focused on file processing and case management Qualifications 2+ years experience as a personal injury paralegal or in a similar legal role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Ability to work independently and within a team Spanish proficiency is a plus Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary, based on experience 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Bonus and performance incentives
