Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Norfolk, VA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of civil litigation and managing active case files from start to finish. The Litigation Paralegal will join a fast-paced, collaborative legal services environment where high-quality work, professionalism, and teamwork are valued. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters. Draft, review, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents. Manage litigation case files, calendars, deadlines, and court requirements to ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable rules. Coordinate subpoenas, document production, records requests, exhibits, and trial materials. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal team members. Support attorneys with case organization, factual research, document review, and preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
Salary range:
