Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support law firms in the Tysons, VA area. These are fast-paced legal practices supporting attorneys across areas such as Trusts & Estates, Corporate, Capital Markets, Litigation, and Real Estate , depending on the role. What You'll Do Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence Manage calendars, deadlines, and meetings Handle file management (electronic and paper) Support time entry, billing, and expenses Coordinate meetings and attorney logistics What We're Looking For 2+ years of legal administrative experience in a law firm Strong Microsoft Office skills Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven These positions are full-time and fully on-site, offering temp or temp-to-perm options.
