We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients, agents, lenders, and all parties involved in the transaction process. Responsibilities Manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing Review contracts and prepare files for settlement Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction Order title work, surveys, HOA documents, payoffs, and other closing requirements Prepare settlement statements and closing packages Ensure files remain compliant, accurate, and organized Schedule closings and communicate updates proactively Assist attorneys and team members with transaction-related matters Deliver a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties involved Qualifications 2+ years of real estate closing or processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently Experience with SoftPro or similar closing software preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Professional demeanor with strong client service skills What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and team-focused environment Opportunity for growth within a well-established law firm Collaborative culture focused on exceptional service and efficiency Modern systems and streamlined processes To apply, please send your resume to or apply directly through Indeed.
