292351556 Job Description Job description Summary As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. Reporting to the Attorneys, your core responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical tasks. Utilizing your skills in customer service, organization, and computer literacy, you will help maintain an efficient work environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Perfect Office, along with your ability to handle multi-line phone systems, will enhance our team's productivity. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Word Perfect Office Strong computer literacy and typing skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience with clerical and administrative tasks Familiarity with office machines and multi-line phone systems Organizational skills with a focus on time management Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience as a legal receptionist or assistant is advantageous Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Word Perfect Office for document preparation and organization. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments. Provide administrative support to team members as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain a welcoming front desk environment for visitors and clients.
