Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in insurance litigation , particularly first-party homeowner insurance . Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and interrogatories/answers Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests Assist attorneys with deposition preparation , pre-trial investigations , and trial preparation Prepare exhibits, witness binders , and demonstrative evidence for use in court Support the preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial Manage calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience , with a focus on insurance litigation Experience with homeowner insurance cases is highly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
