DOE Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigation cases from filing through resolution. This role is critical for maintaining case organization, preparing legal documents, and ensuring timely communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. This position offers direct exposure to litigation processes and a clear path to senior paralegal or case management leadership roles.
What You'll Do:
Draft and prepare legal documents: complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement letters Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and evidence Maintain accurate case files in Filevine Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Monitor deadlines, court filings, and discovery schedules Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including exhibits and witness prep Conduct legal research to support case strategy Track case metrics, settlements, and progression Collaborate closely with Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and attorneys
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and case flow Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Professional, client-focused, and collaborative Experience with Filevine, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and court portals
