This is a high-impact role designed for an experienced paralegal who can step in and take ownership of complex personal injury matters. The firm is looking for a seasoned professional who can operate with minimal supervision and provide critical support on large, active cases. Key Responsibilities Manage complex personal injury cases from intake through resolution Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Coordinate and track case deadlines, filings, and litigation calendars Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case materials Maintain organized and detailed case files and documentation Provide guidance and support on high-value or complex cases as needed Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (senior/Level III equivalent) Strong understanding of litigation processes and case management Ability to manage large, complex cases with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff Proven ability to handle high-responsibility assignments in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal seeking a role where they can take ownership of meaningful casework and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
