About The Role:
As a Paralegal, you will support attorneys in substantive tax, business, and estate cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with developing complex tax resolution, business, and estate case analysis. Draft formation documents for business entities and advise clients on appropriate entity structures, including trust instruments. Perform legal analysis of complex facts and law to support case strategy. Prepare, review, and process legal documents efficiently and accurately. Interview clients to gather case facts and identify legal solutions. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate or Associate of Applied Science-Paralegal Studies. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; preference for law, accounting, or related fields. Experience with entity formation or payroll taxes (941) is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage complex cases and multitask effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling difficult client situations with a calm and steady approach.
