To Apply for this Job Click Here Litigation Legal Assistant Overview A well-established law firm in Brookfield, WI seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys and legal professionals in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role requires strong administrative skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support in litigation, real estate, and more. Coordinate and schedule attorneys meetings, depositions, pleadings, and scheduling arrangements. Prepare, format, edit, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents. Electronically file documents in state and federal courts. Support with trial prep, exhibits, and files. Monitor and track key dates and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Help with billing and time entry. Assist with real estate documentation, leases, and closing transactions. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience in litigation or real estate preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with efiling systems. Knowledge of litigation procedures, court systems, and legal terminology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
