LEGAL ASSISTANT
to join our LEGAL team! The Legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and technical legal support for the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and other Legal Department attorneys.
HOURS:
Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period,
Shift:
Day only Experience/Qualifications Knowledge of administrative assistant practices and procedures normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or comparable program. Three years' administrative assistant experience with at least one year working in a legal setting. Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification, Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) designation, and/or Legal Assistant certification beneficial. Possesses effective decision-making skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Possesses problem-solving skills. Possesses concise transcription and composition skills. Employee Benefits Full benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.
