Job Description

Skinner Law Firm is a fast‑paced, client‑focused plaintiffs' law firm seeking a highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our Consumer Rights Litigation Department . This role is essential to ensuring seamless scheduling, reliable communication, and professional coordination with clients, courts, and legal service providers. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a busy litigation environment. Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules for depositions, mediations, client meetings, and attorney appointments Manage Calendly and track scheduling conflicts and deadlines Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and legal vendors Maintain organized digital and physical files Prepare basic correspondence and handle outgoing mail Arrange travel logistics for attorneys Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
