Parking Operations Enforcement Supervisor UC Davis Health

- For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience/training Proven experience leading a team, specifically in training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations Experience handling public complaints and resolving issues in a professional, courteous manner Extensive verifiable supervisory experience Leadership skills and/or supervisory experience to lead, monitor motivate, train and evaluate staff.

Transportation and Parking policies and procedures. Knowledge of Affirmative Action polices/guidelines and collective bargaining issues. Thorough knowledge of all hospital streets and parking areas and the various parking instructions and exceptions as they apply to staff, patients and visitors. Troubleshooting skills to repair or communicate with individuals assigned to service parking control equipment. Skill to read and interpret mechanical drafting plans, blue prints, electrical schematics, and technical instruction manuals. Knowledge of UC Path personnel appointment attributes and campus payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities 50%- Supervision and Administration 45%

- Health and Safety Practices Department Overview Parking, Transportation and Fleet Services is responsible for parking facilities, people movement and acts as a steward of University assets.
