Job Description
502 Towing & Recovery is seeking dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Parking Enforcement Agents. This position involves patrolling private properties, issuing parking violation notices, installing and removing wheel boots, collecting payments, and assisting customers with parking compliance issues. You will work throughout Louisville at apartment communities, HOAs, trailer parks, hotels, and commercial properties. This is an independent field position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Patrol assigned properties using your personal vehicle. Issue parking violation notices to vehicles in violation of property parking regulations. Photograph and document violations using a mobile device. Install wheel boots on unauthorized or repeat-offender vehicles. Respond to dispatch calls for boot removals and customer assistance. Collect payments for parking violations and boot releases. Remove wheel boots after payment has been received. Maintain accurate records of violations, boots, payments, and property activity. Communicate with dispatch and management throughout your shift. Provide professional customer service while enforcing property parking rules. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle required. Proof of insurance required. Ability to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during confrontational situations. Basic smartphone and mobile app proficiency. Compensation Performance-based compensation. Uncapped earning potential. Typical earnings range from $800-$1,500+ per week based on activity and performance. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend availability preferred.
