Document and maintain records for all parking lot and structure fill rates and population counts. Prepare files for parking lot and structure conditions, reporting damages or other parking conditions as needed. Handle parking complaints. Arrange for tow and impound of vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations. Boot Vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations. Provide exceptional customer service. Act as a point of contact for the enforcement team explaining regulations and expectations to customers. Communicate between dispatch office and other ambassadors to efficiently complete tasks.
Operate technology including:
Two-way radios, touch screen tablets, mobile printers and License plate recognition software. Perform other related duties as required. Shift M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver's license, proficient driving skills, operate a personal computer and related software, good time management, oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, able to move 35 + lbs. on some occasion and be able to work in all weather conditions
