We are committed to maintaining safety, order, and accessibility in our parking lots. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parking regulations are adhered to, contributing to a safe and efficient environment for all residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and enforce parking regulations across designated areas within the city. Walk parking lots with a trash picker and bucket to pick up trash, bottles, litter, cigarette butts, and other debris. Maintain the cleanliness of the parking enforcement vehicle by removing trash and restocking it with necessary parking supplies. Use parking enforcement software devices to scan license plate numbers and identify illegally parked or non-paying vehicles. Issue citations for parking violations, including expired parking sessions, illegal parking, and other infractions. Maintain a clean and neat parking enforcement issued uniform at all times. Assist in traffic control during special events or emergencies. Maintain accurate records of enforcement activities and prepare reports as required. Collaborate with other public safety officials to ensure a coordinated approach to traffic and parking management.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of local parking regulations and traffic laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Physical ability to patrol on foot and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
