A parking attendant will play a crucial role in managing traffic flow within our campus parking lots. By directing vehicles efficiently, they will reduce congestion, prevent unauthorized parking, and ensure a smoother experience for students, faculty, and visitors.Customer Service:
Our parking attendants will serve as the first point of contact for anyone arriving on campus. Their friendly demeanor, helpfulness, and ability to address inquiries will create a positive impression and enhance overall satisfaction.Parking Enforcement:
With a dedicated attendant, we can enforce parking regulations consistently. This includes monitoring permit compliance, issuing citations when necessary, and maintaining order in our parking areas.Safety and Security:
A parking attendant contributes to campus safety by promptly identifying and addressing any security concerns. They can assist during emergencies, guide visitors to safe areas, and report suspicious activities.Event Support:
During special events, such as sports games, concerts, or conferences, a parking attendant will be invaluable. They can efficiently direct traffic, manage overflow parking, and ensure event attendees find suitable parking spaces.Accessibility Assistance:
Our attendant can assist individuals with disabilities by providing accessible parking options and ensuring compliance with ADA regulations. Required Certifications and Licenses Valid Oklahoma Driver's license to drive university vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of the hire date.
