Part-Time Parking Enforcement Officer

Responsibilities Patrol designated parking areas regularly to monitor compliance with parking regulations and identify violations. Issue parking citations or warnings to vehicles that are improperly parked or violate posted rules. Assist the public with questions regarding parking policies, directions, or general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Document incidents accurately through detailed report writing, including observations of violations or safety concerns. Maintain accurate records of citations issued, reports filed, and daily activities to ensure accountability and transparency. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to write clear, concise reports documenting daily activities and incidents. Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods throughout the shift. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
