Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parking Enforcement Officer and play a vital role in maintaining safe, organized, and accessible parking environments within our community. Responsibilities Patrol designated parking areas regularly to monitor compliance with parking regulations Issue citations or warnings to vehicles violating parking rules in a courteous and professional manner Assist motorists with questions or concerns related to parking policies and directions Document incidents, violations, and interactions accurately through detailed report writing Collaborate with law enforcement or security personnel during conflict management situations or emergencies Conduct inspections of parking facilities to ensure safety standards are maintained Educate the public about parking regulations and promote respectful interactions with community members Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of local parking laws, ordinances, or relevant regulations is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay alert during patrols, and manage time efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to serve their community while gaining hands-on experience in enforcement and public safety.
