Job Description

Parking Enforcement Technician Carisma Parking LLC - Nashville, TN Carisma Parking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Technician to assist with parking management and enforcement at private parking facilities throughout the Nashville area. This position involves monitoring parking lots, identifying unauthorized vehicles, issuing parking notices, assisting customers, and enforcing parking regulations in accordance with company policies and Tennessee law. Responsibilities Patrol assigned parking facilities. Verify parking compliance using license plate information and parking management software. Issue parking notices to non-compliant vehicles. Apply and remove vehicle immobilization devices (boots) when authorized. Document violations with photographs and detailed notes. Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns. Monitor signage, lot conditions, and equipment. Maintain accurate records of enforcement activities. Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications. Professional appearance and customer-service mindset. Ability to walk parking lots and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry parking enforcement equipment. Preferred Qualifications Security, parking enforcement, towing, code enforcement, or customer service experience. Experience working evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. Basic knowledge of parking regulations and enforcement procedures. Compensation Competitive hourly pay. Performance incentives available. Parking Enforcement Technicians are expected to follow company procedures, document their work accurately, and avoid engaging in arguments or disputes while performing their duties.
