Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Probation Agent / Electronic Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement, crisis management, and social work, with strong skills in report writing, case management, motivational interviewing, and interviewing techniques.Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess client behavior and compliance with program guidelines
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to discuss progress and challenges
- Document all interactions and observations accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, crisis management, or social work preferred
- Proficiency in report writing and case management
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
