In this vital role, you will assess offenders' needs, develop tailored supervision plans, and provide support to facilitate positive behavioral change. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster trust and motivate individuals toward successful reintegration into society. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of offenders' backgrounds, risks, and needs to inform case planning Develop and implement individualized supervision plans that promote accountability and positive change Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavioral improvements and resolve ambivalence Monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions through regular meetings, home visits, and community contacts Manage crisis situations effectively by applying crisis management skills and de-escalation techniques Document case progress accurately through detailed report writing and maintain thorough case management records Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, social service providers, and community organizations to support offender rehabilitation and community safety Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, social work, or related fields is highly desirable Proven ability to conduct interviews with diverse populations using effective questioning techniques Strong background in crisis management and conflict resolution strategies Familiarity with report writing standards for legal or social service documentation Experience applying motivational interviewing methods to facilitate behavioral change Knowledge of community resources and social services that support offender reintegration is a plus Join us in this rewarding role where your energy, dedication, and expertise will help transform lives while strengthening our communities.
