Role Description We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in navigating the complex legal landscape related to health and wellness products. The Legal Supervisor will be responsible for managing external litigation, addressing product-related legal issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations in collaboration with our Marketing and Product Development teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all external legal disputes and litigation related to our products. Work closely with the Marketing team to review and supervise the compliance of existing products, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Provide legal support and guidance to the Product Development team, offering advice on compliance and regulatory matters for new products. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure company-wide compliance. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulations affecting the health and wellness industry and advise the company on necessary actions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in law or related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the health and wellness industry or related fields. Good understanding of federal and state regulations pertaining to dietary supplements and nutritional products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
