A highly respected global chemical manufacturer is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join its North American team. This is a highly visible position offering broad exposure across multiple product lines, close interaction with senior leadership, and a realistic long-term path into a director-level leadership role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, compliance, business strategy, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide regulatory and product stewardship support throughout the product lifecycle Support compliance activities involving TSCA, PMNs, CDR reporting, FDA Food Contact, hazard communication, and other applicable regulations Monitor emerging regulatory developments and communicate potential business impacts Participate in new product development, commercialization, and Management of Change activities Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets, product compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions Partner closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams Respond to customer regulatory inquiries and support product stewardship initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Stewardship and/or Regulatory Affairs experience within the chemical industry Strong working knowledge of TSCA, PMNs, CDR reporting, and chemical regulatory compliance Experience supporting chemical products throughout their lifecycle Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and business groups Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, EHS, or chemical compliance background Why Consider This Opportunity? Pay:
$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
